Clear enough to protect the business. Clean enough to not feel like a legal circus.
Scope of service
Service covers website design, launch, hosting, management, and occasional updates. Larger changes, frequent content requests, redesigns, and additional structural work may be quoted separately.
Billing
Projects start with an upfront payment. Ongoing monthly billing covers hosting, upkeep, and normal maintenance. Service may be paused for overdue billing.
Occasional updates
Occasional edits include normal light changes like text updates, image swaps, and contact information changes. Frequent ongoing content requests are outside normal maintenance.
Ownership and handoff
The client owns the domain. If full website transfer is requested after cancellation, a one-time $250 handoff fee applies for packaging and transfer.
No performance guarantees
No guarantee is made for rankings, traffic, or lead volume. The service is focused on providing a cleaner, more credible, and technically stronger online presence.
